About Me

About Me
I am a mum of 8 year old twins and I love being a mum! It's the most challenging, yet rewarding role I have ever had and it has taught me so much. I have realised just how hard parenting is, and there is no instruction manual to guide you along the way. It can be incredibly overwhelming and isolating at times too. It takes a village to raise a child and I want to reach out to other parents and help to create that village, offering support and guidance, and helping families to create happier and calmer homes.

I have nearly 20 years experience of working with children and families, including those with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities) in a range of settings. I have worked in the care and education sector in a variety of roles including as a Carer, Childminder, Learning Support Assistant, Wellbeing Supervisor, Social Skills Group Leader and a Family Support Worker. I draw on all of that, as well as my own parenting experience, to help the families I now work with, and I love seeing all the positive changes that they make.
